이번 전시의 아이덴티티는 각각 다른 LP들이 어우러져 하나의 B-side를 구성하는 개념을 시각화한 그래픽 디자인으로 우리만의 숨겨진 이면을 드러내고자 합니다. 다양한 개성과 창의력을 상징하는 여러 LP들은 각자의 색과 소리를 지니고 있지만 함께 모여 새로운 이야기를 만들어 냅니다. 이는 전시 참여자들의 독창적이고 다양한 작품들이 모여 하나의 조화로운 B-side를 완성한다는 메시지를 담고 있습니다.

The identity of this exhibition is expressed through a graphic design concept that visualizes “different LPs coming together to form a single B-side”, aiming to reveal our hidden sides. Each LP symbolizes unique individuality and creativity, carrying its own color and sound, but when combined, they create a new story. This conveys the message that the distinctive and diverse works of the participants unite to complete a harmonious B-side.

We're that It's inspired by the grooves on vinyl and the shape of the vinyl.

모션포스터는 다양한 개성과 창의력을 상징하는 여러 바이닐들이 떨어지며 하나의 탑처럼 쌓여가는 바이닐들이 우리의 B-side를 완성한다는 메시지를 담고있습니다.

The Motion Poster contains the message that several vinyls that symbolize various personalities and creativity fall down, and the vinyl that builds up like a tower completes our B-side.

대구가톨릭대학교 시각디자인과 졸업생 여러분, 졸업을 진심으로 축하드립니다!

이번 졸업전시회는 여러분이 그동안 쌓아온 노력과 열정이 담긴 소중한 결실입니다. 전시회를 준비하며 겪었을 수많은 도전과 그 과정에서 얻은 경험들이 여러분의 성장에 큰 밑거름이 되었을 것입니다. 준비하는 과정이 결코 쉽지 않았을 것이며, 때로는 한계에 부딪혀 끝이 보이지 않는 순간도 있었을 것입니다. 그러나 그 모든 어려움을 이겨내고 협력하며 묵묵히 꿈을 향해 나아간 여러분의 모습이 정말 자랑스럽습니다.

이번 전시회는 단순한 결과물이 아닌, 여러분이 얼마나 성장하고 성숙해 왔는지를 보여주는 상징입니다. 각 작품에는 여러분의 열정, 도전, 그리고 스스로와의 치열한 싸움에서 얻은 값진 성과들이 담겨 있습니다. 이 전시회는 여러분이 단순한 졸업생이 아닌, 창의적이고 능력 있는 디자이너로서 세상에 첫 발을 내딛는 중요한 시작을 의미합니다. 더 큰 도약을 위한 첫걸음임을 기억해 주시기 바랍니다.

Dear graduates of the Department of Visual Design at Daegu Catholic University, congratulations on your graduation!

This graduation exhibition is the culmination of your hard work and passion. The countless challenges you must have faced in preparing for the exhibition and the experiences you gained along the way must have been a great foundation for your growth. The process of preparation was never easy, and there were times when you were pushed to your limits and couldn't see the end in sight, but I am so proud of how you overcame all the difficulties, worked together, and continued to pursue your dreams.

This exhibition is more than just a product, it’s a symbol of how much you’ve grown and matured - each piece is a testament to your passion, your challenges, and the hard fought battles you’ve fought against yourself. This exhibition marks an important beginning, as you take your first steps into the world as a creative and capable designer, not just a graduate. Remember, it’s the first step to a bigger leap. Design has the power to change the world and shape the future. We hope that the creations you create will enrich the world, and that you’ll go on to create the future of your dreams. We also hope that you’ll use design to connect with people and make a positive impact on society along the way. 

Your future is in your hands. I hope you will continue to push your limits, challenge yourself, and work towards that wonderful future. We will always be with you on your journey in visual design and all of our graduates.
